Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts

Location for Kinder Park

Unless otherwise noted, meetings of the Chesapeake Woodturners are held at Maryland Hall in Annapolis on the 3rd Saturday each month from: 12:30 until 4:30PM (business meeting until 1:30, program until 4:30) Visitors, especially AAW members and prospective turners, are welcome to join our meetings and workshops. Location and times may change and will be noted here as well as in the Final Cut.

2009 Master Turner's Workshop Series continues with a one day workshop on turning mini-blossoms lead by Ed Kelle.

September 19th, 2009

Regular Monthly meetings resume with a business meeting starting at 10:30 am at MD Hall followed by a demontration by Ed Kelle of his design and turning teniques. Demo fee of $10.00

September 26th and 27th, 2009

Demonstrations at Quiet Waters Park Annual Arts and Music Festival. On the poarch at the pavillion. Sign up to demo here when link is active or email Mike Marek. Demos are from 10 am to 4 pm each day

October Instant Gallery - Bring one or two new pieces. Each turner will present their work. Each piece will be photographed and the instant gallery will be posted on the website.
